Short and plain: what we keep about you, who handles it, and how to get it back or removed.
What we collect
Your email address and name from your account; your practice attempts, answers, scores and notes; your purchase records (handled by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers); support tickets you send; and technical context such as browser, page, language, and an IP-derived security key used to protect the free trial.
Why we collect it
To deliver the course, keep your progress and notes, fulfil and support your purchase, apply the refund and referral rules you agreed to, protect the course from abuse, and improve the product.
Retention and your choices
Course and audit records are retained as long as needed to operate the program and meet legal and accounting obligations. Email help@cortova.net to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account; audit records required for financial or dispute purposes may be retained after deletion.
Children
CortovaVoltPrep is for adults preparing for a professional license. It is not directed to children under 13.
